OSCC has a number of Christmas events planned. Now is the time to register before an event is filled.

The season starts with a Holiday Fashion Show at John Street where you can see the exciting line of clothes Northern Reflections have in their stores. This is followed by an SLC Fundraising Event at the Legends branch where the Sing-Sations present Joyful Sounds of the Season along with seasonal treats, games and prizes. The celebration continues with a Christmas Choir Concert at John Street Branch.

Men’s Night Out in December provides an opportunity to have a meal with the fellas which is followed by a performance of the Young Singers Choir. A Deck the Halls night for the family is planned at the Northview Branch providing a fun-filled night of activities. The Christmas Variety Show at John Street Branch highlights the tremendous talent in our community.

Activities continue to provide entertain the whole family. The Gingerbread House Challenge provides an opportunity to treat the grandkids to a magical afternoon of gingerbread house decorating, topped off with a surprise visit from Jolly Ol’ Saint Nick.

Then you can celebrate with a delicious turkey lunch and entertainment at Northview Branch. If you can’t make lunch, then a dinner is planned for Conant Branch with entertainment from the Durham Shores Choir. The December Tetley Tea presents a Christmas theme at John Street Branch.

The final event is the New Years Dance at Northview Branch. Two For The Show is back to help us ring in the New Year. They provided excellent entertainment last year along with some good jokes. This is a fund-raising, licensed and ticketed event.
